(2:18 – 2: 28) Vy: I’m Vy. A huge fan of JunN!!!! Jun, I've been wondering: You always look happy, but have you ever felt insecure about yourself? I really want to know more about you.

(2:28 – 2:52) JunN: I have never shared my personal story with my fans. But I suppose that today is a good day to spill the beans. It’s quite shocking for tons of my fans right now, I know, because I’m going to say that I used to get depression when I was a young girl because of a big COMMON issue, body-shaming, for a long long time.

(2:53 – 2:55) Kien: Body-shaming, what’s that?

(2:56 – 3:10) JunN: My peers used to call me “buffalo girl” as I had tanned skin and they always stayed far away from me because they said “I’m not clean, I’ve not washed myself yet”. And the girls told me that I would get nowhere with my appearance.

(3:10 – 3:13) Kien: OMG, it’s unbelievable.

(3:13 – 3:20) JunN: Because of my appearance, when I wanted to join the school fashion club, the club president did not let me join

(3:20 – 3:21) Kien: Why?

(3:21 – 3:27) JunN: she said “the club is for beautiful girls only, not for chubby person with tanned skin like me”

(3:27 – 3:32) Kien: I’m so sorry for hearing that.

(3:33 – 3:44) JunN: It’s ok kien. I already got through it because I found my passion for makeup. I love the feeling of making myself and people more confident based on their own natural beauty.

(3:46 – 3:48) JunN: Marie Curie (3:48 – 3:55) Kien: Oops, you graduated from Marie Curie as well, right? Have you ever heard this story before?

(3:56 – 4:19) Maddie: I can’t believe it’s you, Jun. I know it’s kinda shocking, but I was the club president Jun just mentioned. Honestly, I did not realize that it’s body-shaming and hurts you that much because I was 16. I thought that looking down on others makes me cool. Jun, I truly sorry you…
